We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders.

At keyandsound.com, we know that fast and reliable shipping of your items is important to you. Most orders are shipped the same business day the order is placed and confirmed. Our business day cut-off time is 4:30pm Hong Kong time. After these cut-off times, your order will be shipped the next business day. For orders placed on weekends, holidays or after the cut-off times, they will be shipped the next business day. Shipping of oversized products may take an additional business day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped.

Keyandsound supports international shipping, and you can view specific international taxes on the payment page.
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $55.99, and you can also choose our expedited shipping on the payment page, which will be charged $10.99.

For your protection and safety, we do not allow changes in address after the order has been accepted.

Because Keyandsound is responsible for the fulfillment and shipping of products you purchase in the Keyandsound store, the risk of loss or damage to the products will pass to you when you or your designated person actually takes possession of the products. Title to the product will transfer to you when the carrier picks up the product from our warehouse.

If there are any delivery issues, please contact Keyandsound store customer service immediately to report and resolve. All claims must be made within 20 days of delivery or the last scan of the package tracking. Claims received after this time may be denied by Keyandsound.
